Roasted Prime Rib
slow roasted to medium rare, our roast beef is classically served with au jus and Yorkshire pudding. Medium to well cooked pieces will be finished off in the broiler 9 oz. $28.95 12 oz. $32.95
Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
Blend 1 egg, 4 oz. flour, 10 oz. of milk and salt and pepper to taste, to make a smooth batter that just drips off the back of a spoon. Let stand for an hour, and meanwhile, put a metal muffin pan in the oven that your roast is in.
When very hot, pour the pan drippings into the muffin cups, and then pour the batter into each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 450ºF until crisp and brown
