Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
Blend 1 egg, 4 oz. flour, 10 oz. of milk and salt and pepper to taste, to make a smooth batter that just drips off the back of a spoon. Let stand for an hour, and meanwhile, put a metal muffin pan in the oven that your roast is in. When very hot, pour the pan drippings into the muffin cups, and then pour the batter into each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 450ºF until crisp and brown
